when tensioning the timing belt, I think I may have screwed thing up a bit, perhaps skipped a tooth?
when the cam shaft and crank shaft are both at TDC, the cam lobe on cylinder one looks off. My understanding of things is at TDC the highest portion of the cam lobe should be pointing directly down (6 o'clock position, toward block)- currently, my looks like is at 7 o'clock

how do I realign the two without royally screwing myself??

timing cover still on?

Set to TDC at crank, can do with cover on or with a screwdriver down spark plug hole.

Whats cam set to?

Re: re-align cam shaft and crank shaft po

talked to a honda tech at dealer- he logically pointed out that because I never removed cam tower or sprocket, there could be no way to misalign cam lobes with cam sprocket TDC marks

yeah, good luck spinning a key!

first lobes look like a '\/' or '/\' depending on the engine design.
