Lkq is just a few blocks from my house but I'm new to the awesome Honda world and I don't know year/ model of all the cars the 6spd came in.
So far I've only looked at pull a aerial and I will try Craigslist.

The Acura CL-S('03), is the more popular choice to get the engine and 6spd from.
If you are able to get both, then I would suggest that, especially if the price is right.
There is plenty of info available about the swap as well.

Save the manuals
Search 6spd or swap and you will find a wealth of information on what you need.
Also keep an eye on forum for sale ads, you may find one locally. I bought mine from a guy on j32a.com.

Actually, I think there is at least two setups for sale on j32a.com and at least one on v6performance.net.
