Get a Haynes or Helms manual. Follow the directions in the manual or take it to a shop if you're scared or not experienced enough to try it yourself. Thats a pretty long and detailed write up to be asking for.

well depend on what level DIY you are and if you have the right tools to get the job done lol.

Exactly! A mere $15 dollar investment into a Haynes manual would solve so many questions like this before they are even asked.
