I'm in AZ
Same as the one in the back but in the front that's y its called a front license plate..

One of my coworkers fabbed up an attachement for either side of his license place so it looks like a euro plate. kinda funny. ill snap a pic next time i work with him.

Pa requires no front plate either.. i want to put a batman license plate lol...

CO requires them 
. Even if I did relocate them, I have the ugly built in square mount on my bumper that still ruins the nice curve of my bumper. I absolutely hate my front license plate, it looks like a Hitler 'stache on my car. Guess it's nice for differentiating my stock accord from all the others at the grocery store.

Here in Hawaii, license plate laws require two license plates on passenger vehicles - one on the front of the car and another to the rear.

bought my car used so it only had one license plate, got a ticket for no front -_-
didnt want to drill holes so i ended up getting a license plate mount and zip tying it to the same area you have yours
