-Loosen the power steering pump mounting bolt (A) and pump lock bolt (B).
-Remove old belt and put on new belt, making sure it fits over the teeth of the pulley(s)
-Adjust the belt tension by moving the power steering pump with a 1/2" drive breaker bar to obtain the proper belt tension, then retighten the mounting bolt and lock bolt.
-Start the engine and turn the steering wheel from lock-to-lock several times, then stop the engine and recheck the tension of the belt.
pb blast is your friend in situations like this. If anything looks even questionable I soak it with pb blast for a couple days then when Im ready to do the job again It is hopefully worked loose.
