Have any misfire recently? The only real place they will cross is the head gasket. How does the oil look? Are you capable of performing a compression test?

The head gasket was replaced two months ago because timing belt broke, and the head was repaired

It's possible in an automatic, as there's a cooler for the transmission fluid. A quick google search suggests that it's built into the radiator in our cars.

If the head gasket is leaking you might be able to smell the sweet smell of coolant out of the tailpipe. May also be some white smoke.
