car won't engage after stopping

So just a little history
Car was perfectly fine
Dropped on teins and started vibrating
Replaced tires
Replaced axles and tie rods
No more vibration
Did drain and fill. Used 2.2qts for the fill
Did alignment
Now when I come to a full stop and then try to take off its like it's in neutral for about 5 seconds and then takes off.
No CEL
98 accord v6 automatic
Please tell me I'm just retarded and didn't put in enough tranny fluid.

2.2 seems low considering the 4cyl autos roughly drain out 2.5 (when drained on flat ground). Did you use Honda ATF-Z1 fluid?

So I was able to add another quart of fluid atf-dw1. And it did not fix anything its driving like a manually for some reason. If on an incline it will roll with the incline if I let off the brake with the vehicle in drive. Then I'll give it gas and it's like the car has to let out the clutch and then takes off. Could my transmission just up and s*** out randomly with no signs prior?
