Rear brakes just replaced (they were non-existant, calipers locked up). All lines were bled front and back. Going to try cleaning and greasing caliper. Maybe replace entirely (should be still under warranty). Any other ideas as to what it could be?
Temps before rears were replaced:

caliper, rotor, wheel
L: 39.3 44.1 35.5
R: 37.9 41.8 34.3
Rear: 28.5 29.7 28.5
Light driving 50mph 4 min. 20 sec.
L: 37.7 83.3 35.6
R: 39.9 74.8 37.0
Medium braking 35-50 mph (city driving)(1 medium stop, 2-3 light stops) 8 minutes
L: 58 153.7 43.1
R: 50.4 146.0 45.5
Rear: 33.0 39.8 34
All in Celsius.

What makes you think they are grabbing?

Clean the slide pins and make sure rust is nonexistant, no rips in the piston dust boot, plenty of grease and make sure the pin boots are uncompromised.

I can hear a ssshh... Ssshhh...ssshhh sound in the front and after awhile I can feel the car immediately slowing down after letting off of the accelerator.

Jack the front up. How many revolutions does each wheel perform when you try to spin each side? Do you hear the sound you mentioned during this operation?

Also, try and rock the entire wheel assembly side to side while it's in the air. Any play may indicate a bad wheel bearing.

A sound like that may be runout. So check the thickness at ~8 places around the rotor, and runout.
