Clutch engages too high

Got my clutch master and slave cylinder replaced and after that the clutch grabs way too high. I have to put my leg like all the way up which I'm pretty sure isn't normal. Before that it was fine. I know there is the nut you can adjust which I did up and down but didn't change anything. Also tried to loosen the nut that goes on the cable into the master but that didn't do anything either. Please help I hate driving it like this. It's hard to drive and I feel like I burn clutch sometimes

Trying this now and that rod doesn't spin. I'm not sure why mine isn't spinning. He says you can spin it by hand. I can't even spin it with vice grips

Clutch been weird. The pedal goes hard and soft randomly. When it's hard it engages too high and when it's squishy it engages too low..... wtf
