Oil in cooling system

It is likely to be automatic transmission fluid?

You know, that's a good point. It could be. Have you checked your tranny fluid? I forgot all about that. My car is stick.

The oil appears to be okay.

You might try removing the tranny lines from the radiator, let it drain what it can and see if it (milky fluid) starts to leak out. If that doesn't do it, plug the tranny lines and run the car to pressurize the system and see if the milky fluid begins to leak out.

If this has the screw on cooler it can also come from there, I gotta remember how to test this.

Doesn't seem to be a head gasket. Most times if its the head gasket your oil cap will have some foamy light brown oil on it. Seems like it could be the transmission cooler lines that connect into the radiator.
