Ordered New HKS BOV.
New wastegate spring
-Test pipe was ordered sat/sun.
-May fabricate 2.5" exhaust with 2 resonators and muffler off my 08 accord-Want to keep it quiet.

Have you done a boost leak test yet? Also just about every hks bov ive seen the vacuum nipple pops out. Doesn't hurt performance. Just reattach it. If you actually want a better bov upgrade to a tial.

Leak test: Pin holes on weld around BOV flange.
Fixed^^



NOW leaking from vac line leading to Pressure regulator..?Is that normal while car is off? no fuel to push through.?

well i was just told I should cap the end of the IC pipe during the boost leak test.lol

so air is probably getting past the throttle and going out the manifold vac lines now.

Pull off at mani, blow in them. Easy leak test, or run a tester to test vac or mod'd bike tire pump to test preasure.

Even pulling a hose off I'd be surprised at 1psi lost.

Compare IM vs turbo

We boost leak test up to 30psi at the shop with everything attached. Check your injector seals, couplers, throttle body and etc for leaks. Nothing should leak if it is done correctly.

What line is leaking on the fpr? Do you have zip ties on your vacuum lines?
