Car info: 2000 ex coupe, lowered on ff type 2. Currently at 23", gonna drop lower once I get my tires. Natural camber as well

I just got my wheels couple days ago, 17x9 +12. Will 215/45/17 fit? Reason I ask is because I can get 205/45/17 v12 for 90 each, but I can also get 215/45/17 Yokohama yk580 for the same price. V12 is symmetrical while yk580 is asymmetrical so I wouldn't be able to flip the Yokohama tire.

Main question is, will the 215/45 fit or is it too much of a hassel. If its too much of a hassel, will it be better to go with the 205/45 even if it's the same price, but getting the benefit of being able to flip the tire

I've been looking for some 18's and found a set of 18x8.5 +30. Lowering my car on ff1's. will I have any clearance issues? What size tire would you guys recommend? Not slamming my car, just getting rid of the huge tire gap.

I'm gonna run 18x9 and plan on tucking rim.

Not sure if I want to do 205/40 or 215/35. Suggestions/Opinions?

*215/35 are a little easier to find in good brands* (Nankang/Falken/Federal/etc)

I would go with a 205/40, wish I would have put those on my 8.75 but couldn't find them for a good price. Found some 205/40-18 Achilles ATR Sports for around $60 each or cheaper, I think.

16x8 0 offset on 205/50 and 16x10 +12 offset on 225/50 with the car at around 23"

Camber kits on all 4 corners. Fenders will be worked on. Any other thoughts anyone? Other tire sizes I should consider? Be lower, higher?
