lol, what an idiot. Balancing on a ball while doing squats with wimpy loads does not do jack.

Well technically it would. You think about it, using the ball when even doing dumbbell presses can benefit in that it causes your body to stabilize itself. Check out a couple Flex magazines or Men's Health and you'll see there are a lot of exercises that benefit from combining weight lifting with balls.

thats massive core strength, sometimes the strongest and most capable guys aren't the ones lifting the biggest weights. its not what you lift its how you lift
