Buy some DDMs
The warranty is a joke and a lie but I purchased mine 3 years ago for $60 and they still work perfectly. I was going through a pair of Sylvania Silver Stars once a year. You do the math!

DDM is the place I get mine. You get what you pay for. Mine has lasted me over 3 years now, but it is better than buying new sets of Sylvania Silverstars everytime those go out.
