Do you have to cut out the factory front grill to put an aftermarket one in?

Yeah you would have to cut it and trim it to make the aftermarket one fit, its better to get a 98-00 coupe bumper better.. its less stress+work!!

I faced the same issue. You can't change out the oem grill on the 2000-2002 bumpers.

I've seen this on a few cars where they took black vinyl and a heat gun to the inside parts
of the grill. I was thinking about doing that and just having the honda logo showing

Sucks I Know.... I like our bumper

Honda shouldnt have redesigned the top half of the front bumper, if you ask me... you guys where :ryan: because of it...

Cut it out and show us a DIY! I'd do it but I don't plan on doing that mod for a while now. But when I do Ill try a to do a DIY on it!
