Do the projectors come with everything pictured, i.e. - the ballasts there too?

Yes the red needles were swapped onto the sedan cluster but i was going to swap them back before making a sale and the mileage on the coupe cluster is unknown.

I would really prefer to sell the cluster as a unit, if i sell the needles and face then the rest of the cluster is useless..... pm me and maybe we can work something out.
