Tsx side mirrors on 6th gen accord

Has anyone done this diy? I've read on other forums the second gen tsx works with 7th gen accords. Pic I found on instagram.

I want to do it also, from what I know they don't seat properly. Towards the top of the mirror base the tip doesn't sit flush like a stock mirror but I'm sure there's a way around this

Some said you'll have to mod the tsx base and drill a new hole to mount the mirror. Are have 4 nuts holding it in and tsx have 3 nuts but I have to compare them side by side to see if they'll line up.
