This has been happening recently, over the past 2 months. 80% of the time it starts, but instead of in 1 crank like it used to, it would take 4 or 5 times to turn over then start. Every now and then it just keeps cranking (see video). H22a swap a year and a half ago with no problems until now. Battery is fairly new, interstate megatron 640cca, tested and working fine under load. Spark plugs are OEM & have about 5k miles on them. Ideas? I'm thinking alternator or distributor. Only code I'm throwing is 12 for EGR, but I've had that since day 1.

I am having similar problems. new dizzy, cap, rotor and plugs. I have to do full throttle starts to even start it else the plugs get too wet to fire

I had a similar problem. Described it to my mechanic (Westlake Independant Honda Accura, they do a great job) & they told me it was the relay and ignition switch. Could it be that?
