make sure the RCAs arent touching anything else, i donno if your HU has jacks in the back of the unit or if they have a lead coming off that you plug into (i think alpine are leads) but if you can, tape up the metal showing where that connects.

I have no problem with my alpine. My bro got a product off of crutchfield to fix this problem on his car with his fm modulator. Now, it took him forever to find which wire was the culprit, it wasn't the ground, but worked great. I think it was about $15. If your grounds are good, all cables/wires, etc are good, you might want to look into it.
