Car shakes a lot while driving and breaking

Any movement in your steering while you brake? Could be a bad ball joint too!

does the back shake? If no, swap wheels F to B.

hear a "swish....swish....swish" at low speed leaving from a stop?

Thanks guys! I had the time to get a torque wrench and torqued all the nuts to 80 and it helped a lot! I still feel movement but I think its just because im low and i feel all the bumps. Not really sure

They are probably still a little warped. Once they pass the point and warp severely, there's no coming back unless you get the rotors turned. You likely just lessened the amount of warpage by properly re-torquing them.

Try checking your front axle. I had a similar problem. I change my wheels thinking it was the problem but it was still there. Then I decide to check the front axle and the one on the driver side was bend. After I replace the shaking stop.

I think my rotors might be a little warped but for the most part its a smooth ride now. I'm an idiot I just needed to get my tires balanced and its all good now haha
