i heard the eletricail load it takes on your car isn't worth the 2-3hp gain... for the 60-100 u pay for that, just save another 60-80 and get a SRI or CAI and see anywhere from 4-15hp (depending on model and setup)...

There is a guy on v6p who made his own. Put like 3 high CFM fans on a home made cold airintake. I think it was a 7th gen but he said his butt dyno seen results. Sounds like a freaking jet plane though lol. They do work..they do induct more air there is no doubt about it, but the gains (if any at all to the wheels) are not worth it.

dont get it, its not worth it at all even if its free like mine, if any thing if felt like it slowd me down, i raced once wit it off, and again wit it on, and i did bettah the first run
