How did you do this then so I can do it to mine? Did you just flourecent paint stuff and then put the lights above?

Basically. The lighting above needs to be UV though.

I'd take the sanded cluster, 5$, I pay for Shipping, I'm from Canada, you package it, I fill out the paperwork and email it to you, you print it off and you drop off at Fedex.
