Do any of you have a resonator hanging off the factory intake arm / rubber tube in between the throttle body and the air box??

no, just you foreigners hahahha

I shall take a picture of said resonator especially for your pleasure sir!

I think it may have something to do with the more agressive cams?? Because its still got the bumper resonator and its almost as loud as my SRI on the DC2

Well my D.I.Y resonator removal has been completed whilst the wife was out spending my monies!!:leeann:

Anyways I went to collect her from the mall.... her words were
"Whats wrong with your car??"
I say "nothings wrong with it..."
She announces "it sounds really angry like it wants to eat the car in front of us"

LOL!! I so wish I had taken a video of her first impressions of it!

So anyways pic of weird resonator thingy hanging off intake tube.....

You have the V6 model right? So that weird looking thing is the resonator? What's that white box for? Part of resonator too?

I recently cleaned my air cleaner and the box but don't want to go as far as cutting holes.

He has the European version of the car.

I do believe that looks like the 4cyl intake (but the resonator is re-located).

You do NOT need to cut anything to do this mod. Just take off the bumper and pull out the resonator. That is all.

The resonator is that tube thing hanging behind the bumper right? I've got a 98 Accord V6, I thought Diddy (see page 10 on this thread) had a hard time locating the tube.

I basically just want more horsepower/torque, not necessary the sound.
