Complete tranny including, Lines, clutch, master, slave, axles, ecu, pedals, center console, boot, shifter, starter, sensor, linkage, basically a totally complete tranny f23 i got for 1200.
Then a stage 2 clutch masters clutch and 11lb flywheel both were about 760, then drive shaft shop level 2.9 axles were 800, pspec short shifter about 280 and labor is about 1200 so a total of 4, 290 for me!
i think you got a pretty decent price...
Here is all of it for reference or whatever not

MikeyMike is your man to talk to! He has done it and think there is a writeup on it too.

UPDATE

I will be dropping the car off next week either on tuesday the 17th or the 18th next week!! will try and keep you all updated on the progress of the swap. its been a while since ive updated this thread.

for those of you who have seen my thread about what just happened to my car ive been dealing with that. the brighther days have come, my car passed smog and all the little misc problems on my car that needed to be fixed are fixed now.

Basically tho with the swap i've just been collecting the parts slowly, taking my time and doing my homework about this swap. been bugging members that have done this or are in the process of with my nagging noob questions. i just wanna take the time to thank you guys....theres a lot of you too name that have lended me your opinions and tech experience and knowledge to me its very much appreciated. you guys are awesome:rock:

for future ref for those who try and tackle this process too i spent about $980 dollars for all the parts including the 5spd Tranny.

the labors gonna cost me $750 + $100 for honda to reprogram my key to work with the new 5spd ecu.

grand total is about $1830

not too bad huh??

holler at me if any of you out there have any questions/comments

i ended up getting ems since the manual ecu kept on throwing all sorts of cel's but since you are doing a simple swap with no forced induction u should be aright. G5

$4,300 for a 5spd swap..

Jesus H. Christ.

That would cover my 5spd swap and engine build with money left over to put some 93octane in my tank.
