this is in my car (del sol), the G swap is in my brother in law's car (civic coupe) and that one is still running pretty strong.. its at 5 psi untuned tho haha.. I think he's getting it tuned tomorrow

ahh that makes sense... when it gets tuned that thing will be an animal. my friend has a fully built d17 in his em2 and the car is really quick.

are you doing water meth or anything?

yeah its already really fast even untuned.. all he has is a basemap done to it and it feels super torquey on every single gear..
.. and nah im just planning on using pump gas at 18 psi and see how that feels, im assuming ill be more than happy with that since 5psi already felt pretty good. I woulda kept it at 5 longer but the accord was faster and I feel like im downgrading if i didnt do anything over 15+ soon enough lol. Do you have any pics or vids of your buddys d17? I would like to see that.. that sounds really cool man.

Thanks bro, my hands are all cut up and bruised now.. and it sucked to work in 32 degree weather saturday, but we did it! I swear I feel like me, my brother, and my brother in law (the two guys in the clip) make a badass honda-project-builds team haha.

idr what motor he was using in this video but i think it is his new one... this was an e46 m3

he tunes his car himself.. so he usually does 60-130 pulls with people, our other friend has a stock block k24 with a big turbo and he put down 792 hp..when the spring comes he will upload new videos

damnnnnnnn that thing is fast! I hope mine is something like that one haha.. and he tunes himself? thats pretty cool.. I've been wanting to tune myself for a while now.. but I haven't been convinced to order the stuff I need yet lol.. maybe I will be able to get sum tuning equipment now that i have a good setup on my car.

ya both of my friends tune themselves i think he is using a s300.. it takes a lot of trial and error and can be frustrating. if you have a friend who knows what they are doing then that makes it easier. they are street tuned not dyno tuned.. his old motor made 282 with the turbo and a cam
