Can I mount them on the bottom middle grill?

Don't know about those, but the 01-03 civic fogs will work, and they look about the same... Cost about the same too, if you search for civic fogs, there is a DYI on here, that is really detailed.

I'd watch out for those, seem to be awfully cheap. But as the previous comment, you can use civic fogs. I have them in my 99' Coupe bumper,.

So you want to leave the fog light cutouts bare and put this in the middle ???

I used the amazon fog lights with the civic 01-03 harness.

especially considering you can get the 01-02 coupe DEPO set from amazon for $130. I'd just save up and buy those
