Remove Vacuum Tank?

Referring to #18 in the diagram. I've removed the stock motor mounts and replaced them with innovative, so they're no longer air assisted. Also, removed the cruise control. My question is, is it fine if I remove the tank from the car? Doesn't seem like there is any thing else that it's going to/from it. And it would free up some room in the engine bay that I could use.

Yes, you can remove the vacuum canister.

I run poly filled OEM mounts, so no need for that hydraulic fluid comfort $hit. I also run no cruise control. That vacuum canister came off with all of it.
