I have tried to fix it too but didn't have any luck. Its like the entire bumper is sagging. I can physically lift up on the whole bumper and it removes the gap, but i cant see any obvious way to secure it that way.

somethings off ...something has to be mounted wrong or be off

I hate the way my front and rear bumper sag as well. Both are completely my fault, but still. It's like once you take the bumpers off on these cars, they never ever fit right again. What gives?
