Re: LED Hyper White License Plate and Extremely Bright Reverse lights.

Just got my Cree reverse bulbs in yesterday and got a chance to put them in.

These are some pics of them in my depo red/clears 98-00 tails.

All pictures are with the lights off

As you can tell it doesn't shoot straight back because of the way the taillights are made.

I am very happy the Cree bulbs. They are extremely bright!
Thanks again for the fast shipping.
Buy from this guy!

There you have it. An LED bulb that not only looks good, but performs just as well. Now you can actually see when you reverse and have a cool LED color.
Have some more in stock at $22 a pair.

Do you plan on getting a package for cluster or dash?

I was just looking for Cree Front Signal Lights, so this is great.

Got any more info on the DRL’s? Where are they from, who made them, specs, dimensions, etc?

I wouldn’t recommend using cree’s for turn signals since they are forward firing only, and have no radial firing LED’s. From the side of the car the blink will be barely visible or not visible at all due to the limited output that reaches the inner side reflector. Ideally the blink should be seen just as easily from the side as the front, just a thought.

Yup This is true. Wouldn't recommend it unless you want brightness going straight out. Probaly only application would be good for are black housed headlights. I have the specs on the boxes at home. Will update thread later today.

I have sidemarkers AND Intersection Lights, if they don't know from those that I am signalling, then I don't know what else to do! lol

I have blackhoused headlights, although the indicator bowl isn't blackhoused.
