Well, it was a spur of the moment shot, so my 550EX was the only flash I had with me. I just took my flash off the camera, set it up on V2 trigger, and held it up above my head with the wide angle diffuser over the flash head. I was standing on a bench leaning up against the wall shooting down on her.
