Brand/Model: TEIN S. Tech springs

Price paid and from where: 100 from Lry's_CG

Pros: nice drop, not bouncy, gives the car a nice stance

Cons: none yet

Final Verdict: love the springs, haven't had an easier time installing lowering springs. Seems like the accord was made with mechanics in mind. Using stock shocks and the ride quality is very close to stock. Handles much better then before.

Brand & model: Tanabe DF210

Price paid and from where: 219 shipped from ebay

Pros: 2" drop front 1.5" drop rear, no bad boat look

Cons: None so far

Final verdict: Just installed these with the help of friend today. Love the way they ride. Rides like stock on smooth roads, and just a tad stiffer on bumpy roads. I have these installed on stock struts (only 40k miles on car and struts) and they ride awesome. Not bouncy at all. They really reduce body roll and brake dive which is a huge plus. It's not a slammed height which is something I didn't want, leaves a 1.5 to 2 finger gap in front and 1 in the back.

Update 10/17/2011

Shortly after installing these I changed the front struts to GR2 and left the rear stock. The ride is still amazingly close to stock. I love these springs.

Brand/Model: f2 type 1 coilovers

Price paid and from where: $540 from some shady house and i saw his ad on craiglist and it was the most scariest and shady pick up thing ever. was suppose to give him 555 but i didnt have exact change so 540 worked =D

Pros: these things go looooowwww and good price

Cons: one point i wanted to go a bit higher, cuz i thought i was too low. then i realized there wasnt such thing as too low.

Final Verdict: definately worth the money when i get to the turns. i cant really give a good verdict cuz these are my first set of suspension upgrades. i'd definately have these over any shock/sprng combo for a price like that.

Brand/Model : Tein SS Coilovers

Price paid/where : 750 off of YoungLemon

Pros : Ride REALLY smooth, gives it a nice dropped if maxed out

Cons : A little soft, I was going on the freeway bout 80mph and hit a nasty lookin bump. Sparks were flyin from underneath my car. Probably because i had a full car too lol. and it still doesnt go THAT low

Final Verdict : These Coils are sooooo smooth, ride quality if great. Perfect for daily driving and very comfortable too! It wont make your car dumped or slammed, but it will make your car have a very nice stance

Final Verdict: Overall great springs that provided 2.4" of drop

Brand/Model: KYB GR2 struts & shocks
Price paid and from where: $150 Brand new off CL
Pros: Slightly Better than factory struts and shocks
Cons: No adjustability
Final Verdict: Good shocks for what I paid brand new while upgrading SLIGHTLY.

With both items installed, the ride is a bit more firm over stock.
But, not being firm like riding a piece of 2x4, or riding crappy ebay coilovers and the car doesnt look like a boat on turns or sag in the back either. Im happy, and spent less than $200 for everything.

Pros:Good price, decent drop
