Which would require the least amount of work to fit? also would 18x8.5 +25 be poking? also which would give me the best stance?
18x10 +25 all around with 3.5" lip
or
18x8.5 +25 all around with 1.75" lip

18x8.5 + 25 will not poke. 10.5 will unless ur pretty darn low

cool, so i wouldn't need to pull my fenders on 18x10 wheels? also would the front be flush or mexi-flush, im not sure how much of a difference the front and rear wheels hubs stick out on the coupes?

You must roll fenders and at least pull the fronts.

Here's a similar setup (LowerMyCG5)
17x9 +12, 205/45
