K so i bored it out. Screwed the o2 sensor in and it doesnt protrude the end. Is that how its supposed to be?

Yes...hence now you can see the reason why i said dont use 2 lol. Screw that bish in tight though...as in use two wrenches and twist against each other. Then when you install it on the cat.converter you'll just have to grab on to the o2 fouler sides to screw it in.

PS. +1 for Ryboi tools lolz, i got their set too.

It doesnt seem like theres enough space between th wall and sensor for air to get through . Is that how its supposed to be. I mean its not air tight by any means but just making sure.

If you think its too tight, just open it up a bit more. I just used a 1/2" and thats it.
