What else to replace/service while I'm replacing timing belt?

I'll be replacing the following parts, and wondering if there's anything else I should be replacing or cleaning while I'm in these areas.

Timing belt and front-of-engine seals:
  • timing belt
  • balance belt
  • timing belt tensioner
  • balance belt tensioner
  • tensioner springs (2)
  • water pump and gasket
  • crank seal
  • balance shaft seal
  • balance shaft seal retainer
  • cam seal
  • balance gear case gasket (sits between rear balance gear case and oil pump)
  • alternator/AC belt
  • power steering belt
  • dipstick o-ring
  • valve cover gasket
  • spark plug tube seals (4)

VTEC solenoid gaskets:
  • both VTEC solenoid gaskets
  • VTEC oil pressure switch o-ring
  • clean EGR valve since I'll probably need to remove it to access VTEC solenoid bolts
  • EGR valve gasket

Since I'll have the valve cover off, I'm going to do a valve adjustment. Anything else I should be replacing or otherwise servicing while I'm in these areas?

Spark plugs
Any weak / swollen coolant hoses
Thanks. Plugs are relatively new, and I will check coolant hoses.

I'm really hoping the seals I'm replacing will resolve the oil leak I have on that side of the engine. Hoping it's not the seals on the back side of the oil pump, which would require dropping the oil pan and part of the exhaust to access.
