F23a Intake Manifold

I am in the process of doing a turbo build and was wondering if there was any sort of intake manifold swap I could do or porting? im looking at a 70mm Throttle body.. just shooting for 250hp

Your upper plenum will have to be bored out. But I can't remember if the iacv port will be cut into at 70mm bore. You honestly won't need anything bigger or aftermarket. That's a fairly mild power goal and the stock intake and throttle body will magnify what little torque these motors are tuned for. Keep in mind you're going for torque on an f23. Hp is a nice byproduct, but more torque = more winning.
