Sounds like wheel bearing or serpentine belts. to check the belts, go the the store, buy some spray meant for spraying on belts (less than $5.00). Pop the hood, start car, go listen to belts, play with throttle on the throttle body so you can listen right there, if there is a squeal then spray down the belts. If the noise goes away then you need new belts.
Take it to someone to check your wheel bearings. They make whiney noises when going bad. Especially get them checked if the noise gets louder or quieter depending on your speeds
