Cutting Headlight for Retrofit

hey guys I am abotu to fix up my retrofit i recently bought, and was wondering if anyone knows what to use to cut the plastic backing on the headlight for the lowbeam opening? I am looking for a perfect circular cut. Do i get like some circle cutters from home depot? any help appreciated.

just get something thats round and flexable thats the same size as the hole you want, put it on the light, trace it with a sharpie and then cut it with a dremel.

Right. Find something you can use for a template (for example, maybe the inner area of a roll of duct tape...might be too small but you get the idea), trace it, and use a dremel for all of the cutting. If you take your time it should come out perfect.
