Anyone know the diameter and height of an unsprung FF Type 1 front coil? I want to swap my fronts for some stiffer Swift springs over the winter. I bottom out way too much with these soft springs. I'm pretty sure type1 springs are 8k/6k? I was thinking a 12k up front would satisfy me plenty.

Stiffer suspension is obvouisly going to equal better handling but there comes a point when the suspension is to stiff and you start to get lift off on sharp turns. Don't make the mistake of making it too stiff and end up rolling your car. Also to make up for your problems with the arms, I would obviously upgrade those but you also going to need to have a different alignment setup. Haven't had any problems since with mine.
