Auto tranny swap....

So is there any pros and cons to swapping to an h22 auto tranny or h23 auto tranny?

Con - finding the corresponding TCU for the tranny.

It's still an auto.

Dunno, you'd have to look up the gear ratios. I'm sure they're different.

I searched for two months for an H22 auto tcu and couldn't find one. I was willing to pay like $300 for one too and still no one could find one for me. They are IMPOSSIBLE to source nowadays.

Or why not upgrade the tranny bolts, and get a low-stall torque converter!

Tranny bolts? Our torque converter already is low stall @ 2k rpms, most people upgrade their converter to one with a higher stall speed for better take off. Of course thats really only good for drag racing cuz daily driving with like a 3k rpm stall speed would suck.
