well...dynotested yesterday..quite deceiving...

I'll explain myself: the dyno calculated a 30% loss of hp at the wheels. Normally a % loss is about 15% on a manual transmission, but the technician said it's normal to have 30% loss on a MAHA dyno. So here's the numbers:

dynosheet.jpg

194.4hp at the flywheel
139.5 whp

158.8 tq at the flywheel
123.4 wtq

If i calculate a 30% loss on a stock H22 (200hp), it gives 170whp, so i don't bother with this dyno sheet. I'll prolly try another one soon, but i'm thinking to try another JDM headers and buy an AEM CAI but made for H22, not my F23's one.

Also, what helps me to forget about this dyno run, was that dyno tested a 2005 Mustang GT and here's number: 283hp at flywheel and 227whp. Understand now that there's no way my car have 140whp... and there no way a big 6th gen with 140whp can race under 15.3 on 1/4 too... :D

I hate to tell you but i have dynoed and installed so many h22's and they are very random , i have seen some dyno 130 and some dyno 165 with minor bolt ons, depending on condition of motor, etc.

so moral of the story... h22's are pretty useless unless boosted?

Not trying to be an idiot...but 165whp isn't substantial enough over an f23, for 5,000. right?

Again, sorry if I'm showing signs of a semi-noob.
