The I-beam shape on your connecting rods look a lot beffier than my stock accord. Never heard of flat top pistons. What's the advantage?

Just changes the compression ratio. The truck came with -5cc dished pistons, replacing them with 0cc flat pistons bumps the compression from 9.5 to about 10.5:1.
