what about going in from the bottom instead of the top?

on mine the bottom and top popped off and eventually, so did the back. (the back was thicker to provide heat dissipating properties for the amplifier ic's)

dont try to takee the bottom off till you pop the faceplate off. on mine the faceplate sort of held part of the bottom on.

once you get the faceplate off it should be fairly simple t o take the rest apart. thesee radios are amazingly modular..nothing like an aftermarket radio. my estimate would be that honda paid 30-50 bucks a piece for these then sold them for about 300-500.

I didn't realize the whole unit was the cd changer, I assumed it was an extra modular piece

yeah they're like 300 from Honda..

i got mine for 40. and i got a free one from the JY with codes :D

so i got 2 of these.

but i guess i'm not going to do this anymore. it's kind of difficult. and i sold my ipod..

i love 6 disk!
