It actually is upside down. IIRC it wouldn't fit the other way. I also had no where else to place the amp.

I just installed a DDM3 amp in a truck on Thursday. 4000 watts rms powering 3 15" Memphis Mojo subs.

Digital design is literally the tits! The amp costed him $1100 (retail), is still think that's a bargain for what you're getting.
