does anyone else have the problem, where if you start your car and try to turn on hids they dont work, but if i have the car off and turn the hids on then start they work everytime?

this relates back to page one but i got 8k's and my windshield is tinted and i can see just fine. maybe yall jus got crappy HIDs!
