you can goto local camera shop and ask them if they have it or get them for you from their other stores or internet.

i got the stuff from 2 different online stores.

one thing you should have for cool rig shots is wide angle lens.

how much did it cost in the end? I assume you have to photoshop the rig out of the frame?
