2001 Accord lx f23a1 Ok so my check engine popped on otw to the inspection shop (literally) and it ended up being an egr code, well that was 9 days ago and I'm running out of time to get this fixed without having to request n pay for some sort of exemption. Anyways, I've swapped the egr valve and tried my best to clean down under it, I also ran some seafoam through the brake booster line to the intake in an effort to clean up the carbon build up in the passages..... I looked and the only way it seems I can manually clean the egr passages is to remove the intake manifold, or at least the top part seeing as how its split, and clean it. Time literally might be money here so any help would be appreciated.

Best way to get rid of it is to take your intake manifold off and clean the EGR ports. That should clear your code

I figured that'd be the best route. Might be lazy on this one and take it in I don't feel like dealing with that cramped area.... Grrrr
