Catalytic converter fitment

Just need to know, is the fitment of the catalytic converter in a 2 door accord the same as in a 4 door accord? Im selling a cat and mine is off a coupe, the potential buyer has a 4 door.

According to the guys I went to, it is engine specific, meaning based on the part number, it may or not be legal on another similar car. That's in California though - super strict here.

f23a4 ulev cat converter is different then then the f23a1 engine so i have been told and seen in price the ulev cat converter is 100 bucks more

They're different build-wise(ie. materials and amounts of precious metals used)...not fitment wise, since California has some damn strict emissions regulations.
4cyl will fit on any 4cyl whether 2dr or 4dr; same applies to v6.
