4 banger subframe

I live in toronto canada but i have a mailbox in the states. Im looking for a subframe for these cars.

Does anyone know a place they can point me to that is reasonable? Anyone visit the junkyard often?

Also are all subframes for the 4 bangers the same? Or is manual subframe different from an auto. I know v6 isnt the same

Planning to change my subframe due to the AC issue which rots. Now does anyone know if the manual and auto trans subframe and interchangeable?

Searched part numbers and it looks the same for I4s, 5MT or 4AT.
