-pioneer 7800 hu, ipod cable
-boston fs60's up front, midbass in stock location tweets molded in sails (to be changed). crossed @ 63hz @ 18db
-pioneer a69 (iirc) rear fill crossed @ 63hz @ 12db
-rockford fosgate wiring + dist block
-rockford fosgate rca's
-elemental designs nine.1 mono amp w/ remote knob (450/900/1200rms rated @ 12.5v)
-image dynamics idmax 12d2 @ 4ohms, 1.1cuft sealed front-firing crossed @ 80hz @ 12db
-elemental designs v1se & v3 deadening in front doors
-2/3 big 3 with p3 0 gauge wiring & p3 terminals, haven't done alt -> battery yet

too lazy to go out to my car to double check my xover settings, think what I listed is right though but I messed around with them quite a bit to get a good balance between the midbass to bass transition. the idmax plays pretty high but the fs60s don't have the most authoritave midbass response so it was kind of a juggling act with tuning. crossing over the sub over at the wrong freq or slope affects staging too much and am not 100% positive on what I ended up with in-car.

eventually I'll upgrade my comps, so far leaning towards image dynamics chameleon comps with somewhere between 100-150wrms per side, rebuild my idmax box to ~1.5cuft sealed, bump the power from ~500wrms to ~900 wrms, and depending on how that goes maybe add a 2nd idmax

I really like my idmax, although in as small a box as I have it in, it doesn't have much authority below 30hz which is why I plan on rebuilding the box to 1.5cuft. For pure SQ though, you'd be better off with some idq's. Idmax is still awesome SQ, but trades some of the SQ of the idq's off for greater SPL potential.

But for as loud as my single 12 can get, I've always been impressed by the fact that there is like no overhang at all when listening to music.

Thanks!!! I've got a nasty peak in my response at around 30, so I'm lookin for a replacement to try and see if it helps. I'll look into the IDQ's as well!!!
