It should just screw into a fitted piece on the floor as long as it hasn't been removed.

Hmm...I just have a hole in my trunk floor...guess I'm missing some stuff, lol.
I'll have to take a look at a parts diagram.
This is what the 6disc in-dash units look like, to my knowledge.

Every Accord radio has 6 buttons... Unless you have the external 6 disc changer then it's not a 6 cd radio.
